First Visit

Consultation

Once we receive your completed form, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems and concerns, as well as potential treatment options.

History and Examination

In order to determine the cause of your problem, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which parts of your body are not functioning properly.

X-Ray Studies

We do not routinely take X-rays. We only take them if your physical examination findings indicate that they are necessary to determine the cause of your problem.

Second Visit

Report of Findings

You will be asked to return for a detailed discussion of your condition by the doctor. Based upon an extensive evaluation of your consultation, examination and X-rays, the doctor will explain to you the cause and correction of your problem.

Home Instructions

Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.

First Treatment

Your first chiropractic adjustment will occur on this visit.
